LocalMe is an international platform designed to assist:

• Buyers
• Sellers
• Retirees
• Investors
• Real estate professionals
• Builders and developers
• Renovators

LocalMe provides tools, education, scheduling assistance, and introductions to independent professionals.

LocalMe does not act as a real estate broker, contractor, lender, legal advisor, or financial advisor unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

To use LocalMe, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform lawfully

LocalMe reserves the right to deny or terminate access at its discretion.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Keeping your information accurate
• All activity under your account

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials
• Use another person's account
• Provide false or misleading information

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful activities
• Misrepresent identity or credentials
• Upload harmful or fraudulent content
• Attempt to interfere with platform security or operations

LocalMe may suspend accounts violating these rules.

Information provided through LocalMe:

• Does not guarantee property availability or outcomes

Members are responsible for their own due diligence and professional consultations.

LocalMe may connect users with third-party professionals, including:

• Real estate agents
• Builders or contractors
• Renovation professionals
• Mortgage or financial providers

These professionals are independent parties.

LocalMe is not responsible for:

• Their services
• Their advice
• Their contracts
• Their performance

All agreements with third parties are made directly between the member and the provider.

Membership fees and billing terms are described in the Membership Agreement.

Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination.

All content on LocalMe, including:

• Branding
• Logos
• Platform design
• Text and graphics

are the property of LocalMe or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Users retain ownership of information they submit but grant LocalMe a limited license to use it to provide services.

LocalMe strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Immediate access at all times

The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalMe and PAPAChalet Inc. are not liable for:

• Decisions made based on platform information
• Transactions with third parties
• Property or investment outcomes
• Construction or renovation outcomes
• Service interruptions

LocalMe provides tools and facilitation services, not guarantees.

LocalMe may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not made
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Platform misuse occurs

Members may discontinue use at any time.

LocalMe may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

LocalMe operates internationally.

Users are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to their activities.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted under mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's country of residence.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted international commercial practices.

Where disputes arise, they may be resolved in a jurisdiction where LocalMe or PAPAChalet Inc. operates or as required by applicable law.
