LocalMe Membership Agreement

LocalMe is a subscription-based platform designed to assist:

• Buyers
• Sellers
• Retirees planning relocation or lifestyle changes
• Investors
• Real estate professionals and agents
• Builders and developers
• Renovators and property improvement professionals

Membership provides access to tools, education, curated information, and scheduling assistance related to real estate and housing decisions.

LocalMe does not act as a real estate broker, contractor, lender, insurer, or legal advisor unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

LocalMe membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis.

Membership plans may include:

• Monthly Membership
• Annual Membership

Your subscription:

• Automatically renews unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• Is billed to your payment method through Stripe or other authorized processors
• Is non-refundable except where required by law

LocalMe reserves the right to modify pricing or plans with reasonable notice.

To use LocalMe, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain a valid payment method

LocalMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion to protect platform integrity and user safety.

LocalMe may provide services including, but not limited to:

• Property discovery tools
• AI guidance and planning assistance
• Educational resources
• Tour scheduling assistance
• Introductions to licensed real estate professionals
• Introductions to builders, renovators, or service providers when applicable
• Participation in seminars, tours, or events

LocalMe may modify, add, or remove features at any time to improve the platform.

LocalMe respects the privacy of its members.

By using LocalMe, you agree that LocalMe may collect and use information including:

• Name and contact information
• Property or relocation preferences
• Scheduling information
• Appointment and house tour details
• Communications related to services

This information is used for:

• Setting up appointments
• Scheduling house tours
• Connecting members with professionals
• Providing LocalMe services
• Improving the platform

LocalMe does not sell personal information to third parties.

All information is handled in accordance with the LocalMe Privacy Policy.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform lawfully
• Not misuse or exploit the platform
• Not misrepresent identity, licensing, or professional credentials

Members are responsible for decisions made based on information provided through LocalMe.

LocalMe is an educational, informational, and facilitation platform designed to help members explore real estate opportunities, understand housing markets, and connect with independent professionals.

LocalMe provides:

• Educational resources
• Planning and discovery tools
• AI guidance and assistance
• Appointment and tour scheduling
• Introductions to licensed or qualified professionals

LocalMe does not:

• Act as a real estate broker or agent
• Provide legal, tax, mortgage, or insurance advice
• Act as a contractor, builder, or renovator
• Guarantee the availability, condition, or performance of any property or service

All transactions, contracts, construction work, renovation services, financing, and legal matters are conducted directly between members and third-party professionals.

Members are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and seeking professional advice before making real estate, investment, construction, or renovation decisions.

LocalMe's role is to provide tools, education, coordination support, and connections—not to act as a principal in any transaction.

By subscribing, you authorize LocalMe and its payment processors to:

• Charge your selected payment method
• Store payment information securely
• Retry payments if a charge fails

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting LocalMe.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Payments already made are non-refundable unless required by law.

LocalMe may update:

• Features
• Pricing
• Policies
• Terms of this Agreement

Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Continued use of LocalMe constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalMe and PAPAChalet Inc. are not liable for:

• Decisions made based on platform information
• Transactions conducted with third parties
• Market changes or property outcomes
• Construction, renovation, or service outcomes

LocalMe provides tools and information, not guarantees.

LocalMe may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Non-payment
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of terms
• Misuse of the platform

LocalMe operates as an international platform serving members in multiple countries and regions.

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial practice. Where applicable, disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the service provider entity of LocalMe or PAPAChalet Inc. is registered or where the services are administered, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights that members may have under mandatory laws of their country of residence.

This Agreement, together with the LocalMe Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between Member and LocalMe regarding membership and use of the platform.
